Aged Resident of Hurricane Grove Died

Mrs. Mollie McDermit, 83, succumbed at her home in the Hurricane Grove
community December 30, 1946.  Funeral services were conducted December 31 at 3
p.m. at the Hurricane Grove Baptist Church, with pastor, Rev. J. H. Cockerham
officiating.  Burial was under the direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Mrs. McDermit was a native of Alabama, and a member of the Baptist Church. 
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Amanda Irvin, and one brother, J. C.
Higgs, both of Route Two, Dodson.
