Father of Mrs. Seiss Nugent To Be Buried Friday

Mr. Jesse Franklin McDaniel, father of Mrs. Seiss Nugent of South Winnfield,
died suddenly of a heart attack in Denham Springs, La.  He was employed as a
sawyer by the McCarrol Lumber Company and when he failed to appear at work
they found him dead in his room.

Mrs. Nugent was notified by Sheriff Erwin of Livingston Parish and left
immediately to accompany the remains to her home here.

Surviving are only one daughter, Mrs. Nugent, and a son, Jesse Lee McDaniel,
who is in Pineville in the hospital.  The Killen family of this parish and the
Johnette family of New Verda are also relatives of the deceased.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 o'clock Friday morning at the home of
his daughter and interment will be in the Georgetown Cemetery.
