McDonald, 46, who died June 25th at the Hodge Clinic. Burial was held Tuesday afternoon at three o'clock at Marthaville Cemetery. The deceased was employed by the Tremont and Gulf Railway for a number of years as road master. He was a member of a Masonic Lodge and a Masonic service was held at the grave by the Marthaville Lodge. Surviving relatives are his wife, Mrs. Ophelia Dickerson McDonald of Chatham; one son, W. H. McDonald, Jr., of the U. S. Navy; two daughters, Mrs. Reginald Ingram of Goodpine, Louisiana, and Miss Florence McDonald of Winnfield. Three brothers, Jack and Wendell of Kelly, La., and Thomas of Clarks, La.; three sisters, Mrs. Beulah Litterman of Monroe, Mrs. Lloyd Knighten of Clarks, and Mrs. J. E. Taylor of Kelley, La.; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. McDonald.
