Mrs. G. W. McElroy To Be Buried Here Friday At 2 P.M.

Mrs. George W. (Sarah) McElroy, 93, of 427 W. Court St., Winnfield, died in a
nursing home in Natchitoches at 5:15 a.m. Thursday, March 26.  The remains
will be lie in state at Southern Funeral Home Chapel until time for the last
rites which will be conducted in the chapel at 2 p.m. Friday.  Rev. W. R. Gage
will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Winnfield Cemetery.  Pallbearers
will be officers of the First Presbyterian Church.

A native of Belvedere, Ill., Mrs. McElroy had resided in Winnfield since 1900.
She was the oldest living member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. McElroy is survived by one great niece, Mrs. Bessie Johanson of
Belvedere, Ill.
