Ed McFarland

Services for Ed McFarland were held Friday in the chapel of Edmonds with
the Rev. Glen Griffin officiating. Burial was in Zion Hill Cemetery,
Tannehill.

McFarland, 83, of Winnfield died at 3:30 pm Wed. July 8, 1987 in Humana
Hospital Winn Parish.

Survivors include his wife Charlotte McFarland of Winnfield; two sons
Grady McFarland of Lafayette and Wayne McFarland of Carrollton, Texas;
two sisters Lela Box of Goldonna and Elba Scott of Fort Worth, Texas;
and two grandchildren.

Edmond Lee McFarland (b. 7/05/1904) married Charlotte Corrine Melton
(b. 8/07/1913) on 12/24/1934.
