Mrs. McMurry, 76, Dies; Burial at Allen Cemetery

Mrs. Beulah McMurry, 76, of Winnfield, died Sunday, August 9, 1970 in a local
hospital following a lengthy illness.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Southern Funeral Home
Chapel with the Rev. E. J. Yocum officiating.  Burial was in the Allen
Cemetery.

Survivors include one son, Johnnie Herrod of Vicksburg, Miss.; five brothers,
Troy and Arthur McMurry, both of Winnfield, Homer McMurry of Monroe, Albert
McMurry of Jena, and Elmo McMurry of Hattiesburg, Miss.; four sisters, Mrs.
Parker Long, Mrs. David Mixon, and Mrs. O. W. Allen, all of Winnfield, and
Mrs. F. C. Turner of Hallsville, Tex., and two grandchildren.
