A. Caskey and the late Horace McMahan of Winnfield, was buried Saturday at 3:30 p.m. She died Friday in a local hospital after an illness of several months. The cause of her death was nephritis. Funeral services were held in the First Baptist, of which she was a member, with the pastor, Rev. W. L. Holcomb officiating, assisted by Rev. Waynon Mott of Laurel Heights Baptist Church. Burial was in Winnfield Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Caskey; two sisters, Sue and Judith Ann McMahan of Winnfield; two brothers, Richard Lee and James David Caskey of Winnfield; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. B. H. Killen of Winnfield; three aunts, Mrs. Charlie Works and Mrs. Lucille Reed of Winnfield and Mrs. Joe McConathy of Lake Charles; four uncles, Herbert McMahan of Texas, Ben Killen of Shreveport, Hasty Killen of Winnfield, Ford Killen of Mitchell Field, New York, and stepfather, L. A. Caskey. Pallbearers were John Finney, O. G. Guin, Bluch Haddox, Virgil Barton, J. M. Thornton, and J. L. Maxey.
