Father of C. E. McMillan Dies at Quitman, Feb. 4

A. W. McMillan, 83, of Quitman, died at his home February 4, after several
months illness.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 5, at Quitman's Baptist Church, with
the Rev. John Buckner of Jonesboro officiating.

Mr. McMillan is survived by five daughters, Mrs. W. L. Bond, Mrs. Iva McMurry,
Mrs. A. D. Jones of Jonesboro, Mrs. W. R. Quess of Quitman, and Mrs. Mattie
Downing of Ruston; two sons, A. D. McMillan of Quitman and C. E. McMillan of
Winnfield.
