H. J. McNaughton Is Buried In Sanders' Cemetery This Week

Mr. Henry Jesse McNaughton, age 51, died at his home at Coldwater on Tuesday,
September 8, 1931, after a month's illness.  He was a highly respected citizen
of Winn Parish, where he was born February 4, 1880.  He was happily married
to Miss Maudie Atkins, February 27, 1916, who survives him.  He is also
survived by two brothers, Dennis McNaughton of Winnfield and Melton McNaughton
of Cotton Valley; and a sister, Mrs. Lloyd of Tatum, Texas.  

Funeral services were conducted at Sanders Chapel by the Rev. C. C. Wier,
Wednesday.  A large number of friends and relatives attended the last rites.
