Last Rites For Mrs. Elma Warner Meagher, Thursday

Funeral services for Mrs. Elma Warner Meagher, 39, who died in Jackson, Miss.,
Tuesday, were conducted at the Winnfield First Baptist Church Thursday at 2:30
p.m., with the Rev. H. H. McBride, Rev. Fred Flurry, and Rev. Winfield A.
Mundel officiating.  Burial was in the Transport Cemetery.

Born at Tannehill, Mrs. Meagher made her home in Winnfield a number of years
with her brother, Ocie Warner, and attended the Winnfield school.

Surviving are her husband and five sons, Alvin, Paul, Wayne, and David Hale,
and Fulton Meagher of Yazoo, Miss.; one sister, Mrs. Thelma Warner Lawson,
Yazoo City; four brothers, Ocie, and Doris Warner, Winnfield; Dewey of
Haynesville; and J. B. of Cotton Valley.
