Last Rites For Grandma Megison Held Feb. 18th

Last rites for Grandma Donia Megison, 80 years old, were held Thursday,
February 18 at the Mt. Zion Church.  Interment was in the cemetery there.  She
died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. C. Cardozier of Route One,
Montgomery, on February 17.

Grandma Megison was born on March 8, 1862.  A member of the Mt. Zion Methodist
Church, she was a lifelong resident of Winn Parish.

Surviving the deceased are two daughters, Mrs. J. C. Cardozier of Route One,
Montgomery, and Mrs. Mary Stanley of Montgomery; and two sons, J. H. Megison
of Route One, Montgomery, and Charlie Megison of Alexandria.
