Lillie Cora  Melton

Services for Lillie Cora Melton were held at 10:00 am Friday in the
Chapel of Kinner and Stevens with the Rev. Paul Carroll officiating.
Burial was in the Melton Cemetery, Winnfield.

Mrs. Melton, 86, of Eden Community died at 5:45 pm Wed, May 23, 1984
in LaSalle General Hospital.

She was a member of Eden Methodist Church.

Survivors include one step-daughter, Mamie M. Younger of Baton Rouge;
two stepsons, James melton of Oak Grove and Huey Melton of Winnfield,
six grand-children and four great-grandchildren.

Lillie Cora Williams (b. 2/04/1898) married Riley Clinton Melton
(4/11/1890 - 9/22/1970).
