From: Mrs. Miller, 35, Dies; Rites At Hurricane Creek

Mrs. Ivey Aleane Miller, 35, of Calvin, died Friday morning, February 4, 1972,
at Winnfield General Hospital after a long illness.  She was a native of Winn
Parish.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hurricane Creek Baptist
Church with the Rev. Rayford Higgs and the Rev. Curtis Rozelle officiating.

Burial was in Hurricane Creek Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral
Home of Winnfield.

Survivors include her husband, John Miller of Calvin; one son, John W. Miller
of Calvin; three daughters, Miss Doleane Miller, Miss Melinda Miller, and Miss
Orenda Miller, all of Calvin; her mother, Mrs. Evie Havins of Dodson; two
sisters, Mrs. Ruby White and Mrs. Faye Box, both of Dodson.
