Mrs. Sarah Miller, Winn Resident, Succumbs Feb. 2

Funeral services were held February 4 for Mrs. Sarah Miller, 81, mother of
Mrs. Evie Aldridge, former resident of Sikes.

Mrs. Miller, who had resided in Winn Parish for the past several years, was a
native of Jackson Parish.

She died in a Shreveport hospital. Survivors include two grandchildren and two
great grandchildren.

Services were in the Friendship Baptist Church near Sikes with burial in the
church cemetery.

The Rev. Jimmy Thorpe conducted the services and burial was directed by
Southern Funeral Home.
