Last Rites Held For Hardy Mixon At Sanders Chapel

Funeral services for Hardy Mixon, 60, who died after a short illness at the
home of his sister, Mrs. T. M. Carson, of near Calvin, December 24, were held
Friday, December 26, at the Sanders Chapel with the Rev. Brown officiating.

Mr. Mixon, who was unmarried, made his home with his sister.  He was employed
in the timber business.

Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. F. O. Lattier, Winnfield; Mrs. C. D. Golden,
Jonesboro; Mrs. W. S. Carter and Mrs. T. M. Carson, of Calvin; and three
brothers, E. E. Mixon, Winnsboro; J. N. Mixon, Wyatt; and Lee Mixon of
Crowville, La.
