Mrs. P. O. Moffett Is Buried At Zion Hill Saturday

Mrs. Josie Peters Moffett, 59, wife of Rev. P. O. Moffett, died at
Natchitoches, La., Thursday, July 7, and was buried at the Zion Hill Cemetery
Saturday morning at 10 o'clock.  Judge Cas Moss officiated at the service.

A native of Winn Parish, Mrs. Moffett had moved to Natchitoches a number of
years ago.  She was a member of the Zion Hill Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, one adopted son, Sgt. Elzie W. Moffett, U. S. Army,
Columbus, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Mary Fox, Tannehill; and four brothers, J.
S. Peters, Shreveport, Horace Peters, Winnfield, I. N. Peters, Sterlington,
and Ben Peters, Wilmington, North Carolina.
