Former Winnfield Man Dies in Fla. Winnfield relatives this week received the news of the death of Mr. Dave Moore, 70, which occurred in Venice, Fla., last Saturday. Mr. Moore was an engineer on the T. & G. railway, operating the first train that layed the steel for the tracks. He left Winnfield 18 years ago, going to Georgia and thence to Venice, Fla. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Rhoda Boyett Moore, one son, H. L. Moore, in service, three daughters, Mary, Bina Mae and Helen, all of Venice, Fla.; a brother-in-law, H. L. Boyett, and two sister-in-laws, Mrs. Minerva McKaskle and Mrs. C. M. Sanders, of Winnfield.
