Colfax Resident Dies In V. A. Hospital Jan. 13

Thomas Jefferson Moore, 79, of Route 1, Colfax, died Wednesday, January 13,
1971 at 9 a.m. in the Veterans Hospital following a short illness.  He was a
veteran of World War I.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Minnie Douglas Moore of Colfax; a brother,
Robert E. Moore of Arkansas; three sisters, Mrs. Florence Fuller of Dry Prong,
Mrs. Jacqueline Gilles of Cedar Hill, Texas, and Mrs. Alma Futrell of Dry
Prong.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Fairfield Pentecostal
Church with burial in Dry Prong Cemetery, under direction of Southern Funeral
Home of Winnfield.
