Last Rites Held For Leslie Mooty Tuesday, May 17

Funeral services for Leslie Mooty, 61, of Montgomery, sere held at the Union
Hill Church, Tuesday, May 17, at 2:30 p.m.  Burial was under the direction of
Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.  The Rev. Frank Israel of Pineville and
Rev. Doris R_____ of Jena, officiated.

Mr. Mooty died at his home near Montgomery Monday, May 16.  He is survived by
his wife, Mrs. Leslie Mooty; one daughter, Betty Lou Ryan of Verda; two sons,
L. C. Mooty, Jr., and William H. Mooty, of Verda; two brothers, M. C. Mooty of
Montgomery and W. H. Mooty of Norphlet, Ark.

Six sisters, Mrs. H. A. Enloe of El Dorado; Mrs. J. H. Boyd of Camden, Ark.;
Mrs. Inez Jones, of New Orleans; Mrs. Lena McBride; Mrs. Carrie Hosner; and
Mrs. Gertrude Fletcher, of Montgomery; mother, Mrs. Ida Mooty of Verda.
