C. Morgan, 69, Dies; Rites At Goldonna

Clarence Morgan, 69, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday, August 6, 1974 in Jackson
Parish Hospital following a lengthy illness.

He was a retired logger.

Funeral services were held Thursday, August 8, at 10:00 a.m. in Goldonna
Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Moore officiating, assisted by Rev. A. S. Davis.

Interment was in Goldonna Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of
Jonesboro.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Winifred Morgan; one son, Tom Morgan, both of
Jonesboro; two brothers, A. D. Morgan of Goldonna, Curt Morgan of Winnfield;
two sisters, Mary Morgan of Jonesboro and Mrs. Alma Peirie of Crowville.
