William H. Moss Funeral Is Held In South Winnfield

William Henry Moss, 73 year old South Winnfield resident, died September 27 in
a local hospital.  He was a retired worker at the American Creosote Company,
where he worked for many years.

He lived in Winnfield for 24 years previous to his death.  Funeral services
were held September 38 at 3:30 p.m. in South Winnfield Baptist Church, with
the pastor, Rev. R. D. Sjolaonder, officiating.  Burial was in Winnfield
Cemetery under direction of Hixson Funeral Home.

Mr. Moss is survived by his wife, Mrs. Emma C. Moss; two sons, Fred E. Moss of
Amarillo, Texas, Everett Moss of El Paso, Texas; three stepsons, Charlie
Corley and Dale Corley of Winnfield, and Lee Corley of Jena; two daughters,
Mrs. Laura Ashley, Wichita Falls, Texas and Mrs. Pearl Jackson, Duncan, Okla.
