Mrs. Martha Myers Buried At Hebron Saturday, July 28

Last rites for Mrs. Martha Myers, 79, who succumbed at the home of her
daughter, Mrs. W. I. Thigpen, Sikes, La., July 27, 1945, after a five year
illness, were held at Hebron the following day with interment in the Hebron
Cemetery.  Southern Funeral Home was in charge.

Mrs. Myers was born and reared in Winn Parish.  She was a member of the
Baptist Church.  Her husband, who whom she was married on Jan. 26, 1886,
preceded her in death.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. G. W. Gregory, Grayson, La., Mrs. W. I.
Thigpen, Sikes, La., Mrs. S. B. Robinson, Port Arthur, Texas; five sons, W. P.
of Port Arthur, J. P. of Grayson, F. R. of Camden, Ark., and H. S., Henderson,
Texas (only four sons listed in obit.); ane one sister in law, Mrs. J. M.
Willis of Ruston, La.
