Funeral services for John Faulkner Myers, 58, were conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, October 30, in the Memory Chapel, A. L. Moore and Son Mortuary, in Phoenix, Arizona with the Rev. Leroy D. Thomas officiating. Burial was in the Greenwood Memorial Park in Phoenix. Mr. Myers, a native of Boyce, La., and formerly of winn Parish, moved from here several years ago to Texas, and then to Phoenix. His death was sudden and unexpected. He resided at 1730 W. Roosevelt at the time of his death. He was a veteran of World War I and at the time of his death was employed at the Rudolph Chevrolet Co., Phoenix. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Grace Alberta Myers of Phoenix; one sister, Mrs. Mae C. Davison of Montgomery, Rt. 1; and eight nephews and one niece.
