Wanda Ann Mercer

Services for Miss Wanda Ann Mercer of Pearl River, La., were held at 7 p.m.
Monday, August 21, at Honaker Funeral Home in Slidell, La.  Brief graveside
services were at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22, with burial following at Garden
of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield, La.

She died at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 1989, at her residence in Pearl
River.

Miss Mercer was retired after a career of church-related support activities,
including traveling at one time with the Billy Graham Crusade team.  She was
preceded in death by her father, Felix J. Mercer, Sr., and a brother, Max J.
Mercer.

Survivors are her mother, Mrs. Lotta Mercer of Pearl River; one brother, Felix
"Buddy" Mercer, Jr., of Natchitoches, La.; and one sister, Mrs. Patricia
Hutchens of Great Falls, Va.
