Mrs. Bertha Neal Buried At Mt. Zion Cemetery

Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha Kyle Neal, 76, were held at 2 p.m. Monday in
the Mt. Zion Methodist Church with the Rev. Tilman Brown officiating, assisted
by the Rev. Elmer Malone.

Burial was in the church cemetery under the direction of Hixson Brothers
Funeral Home.

Mrs. Neal, a native of Atlanta and a member of the Methodist Church, died
Saturday, March 11, 1967 in a Natchitoches Parish hospital after a brief
illness.

Survivors are three sons, Gilbert Neal of Baton Rouge, and Newell Neal and
Hershel Neal, both of Alexandria; a daughter, Mrs. Doris LaCaze of
Natchitoches; a brother, Llewellyn Kyle of Lake Charles; a sister, Mrs. Lula
Millican of Lake Charles; and seven grandchildren.
