Joe M. Neal, Atlanta Farmer, Buried April 6

Joe M. Neal, 79, of Atlanta, a retired farmer, died Tuesday at his residence
after a short illness.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Atlanta Methodist
Church with Rev. D. Durrand and Rev. Ray Teal officiating.

Burial was in the Atlanta Cemetery under direction of Edmonds Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nettie Neal of Atlanta; four sons, Huey Neal
and Arvil Neal, both of Atlanta, Gerald Neal of Bastrop, and Alvin Neal of
Dallas, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Mae Thornton of Jonesboro; Mrs. Georgia
Hillbun of Dallas, and Mrs. Mary Hillbun of Mangham; two grandchildren and two
great grandchildren.
