Mrs. Norman

The funeral of Mrs. Louisa Norman, 61, Winnfield, was held at 11 a.m. Saturday
at the Bethel Church of Christ near Winnfield with Joe Owens and Claude Brock
officiating.

Burial was at the Bethlehem Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home
of Winnfield.

Mrs. Norman died Wednesday, January 3, 1979 in the local hospital after a
brief illness.

She was a Winn Parish native and a member of the Bethel Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, Marshall Norman, Winnfield; six sons, James
Norman, Montgomery, George Norman, Metairie, Ernest Norman, Dayton, Texas, and
Roy Norman, John Norman and Gwinn Norman, all of Calvin; three daughters, Mrs.
Barbara Waller, Columbia, S.C., Mrs. Patsy Newton, Calvin, and Mrs. Martha
Moffett, Atlanta, La.; three sisters, Maude Guthrie, and Mrs. Matt McNeal,
both of Calvin, and Mrs. Marie Sacier, Jefferson; and 23 grandchildren.
