Sister of J. Cheston Stevens Dies May 19

Mrs. Attie Stevens Nugent, 90, of Alexandria, died at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, May
19, 1974, in an Alexandria nursing home.  She was the widow of C. O. Nugent
and a native of Grant Parish.

She is survived by a brother, Cheston Stevens of Winnfield; a sister, Mrs. Flo
S. Owens, of Alexandria, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Hixson Brothers,
Alexandria.  Burial was in Greenwood Memorial Park.
