L. Orendorff Funeral Services Held At Mt. Zion Percy Lee Orendorff, 80, well known Montgomery, Route 1, man, died at his residence Friday, June 6. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 7, at 3 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, with Rev. D. S. Durand officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield. Mr. Orendorff, a retired rural mail carrier, was born September 11, 1877 in Caves Springs, Georgia, son of the late David and Katie Keplinger Orendorff of West Virginia. He had lived in Winn Parish for a number of years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Etta Orendorff of Route 1, Montgomery; two sons, D. L. Orendorff of New Mexico and M. R. Orendorff of Shreveport; one daughter, Mrs. kathleen (Henry) Keiffer, of Montgomery, Route 1; one grandchild, one brother, J. K. Orendorff of Arizona.
