  Obituaries:  Eva Berry Osborne
  
  Services for Eva Berry Osborne of Port Allen were held at 1 p.m. Monday
  in the Chapel of Southern with Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating. Burial was
  in Garden of Memories.
  
  Mrs. Osborne, 67, died at midnight Thursday, February 9, 1984 in Port
  Allen Care Center.
  
  She was a native of Winn Parish and a homemaker.
  
  Survivors include three sons, Samuel Smith of Lafayette, John Smith of
  Houma and Charles Hatten of Memphis, Tenn.; one daughter, Sue Badeaux of
  Port Allen; her father, J. C. Berry, Jr. of Baton Rouge, two sisters
  Madge Webb of Dallas and Nell Swarts of Michigan; 10 grandchildren and
  two great-grandchildren.
  
  Correction: This obituary should read: her father, J. C. Berry, Sr. of
  Winnfield; one brother, J. C. Berry, Jr. of Baton Rouge;
