Dayton Peterson Succumbs; Rites Held Thursday

Dayton Odell Peterson, 58, died Wednesday, February 1, 1967 in a Ruston
hospital after a long illness.  He was a construction worker and resided in
Ward 10 of Winn Parish and a member of the Yankee Springs Baptist Church.

Funerals services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Yankee Springs Baptist
Church with Rev. D. W. McDaniel and Rev. W. L. Fussell officiating.

Survivors include two brothers, Otis Peterson of Winnfield and Aubrey Peterson
of Goldonna.

Pallbearers were Bobby, Donnell, Harold, and Douglas Peterson, Mr. Nicklas,
and Merle Babers.
