Pennington Held Saturday Mrs. Ada Pennington, 87, of Dodson, died Saturday in a Winnfield hospital after a lengthy illness. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Siloam Baptist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Wall, the Rev. George Jones, and the Rev. Louis Moffett officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Survivors are a son, Louie Pennington of Winnfield; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Kornegay of Dodson and Mrs. Loyce Gaar of Monroe; two brothers, the Rev. Elmo Peddy of Marshall, Tex., and Ellis Peddy of Logansport; a sister, Mrs. Nora Harper of Hope, Ark.; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Roscoe Peddy Randall Pennington, Henry Allen Kornegay, Ralph McNabb, Raymond Robbins, Richard Scott, J. W. Harper, and Bob Burns.
