Mrs. M. Pender Dies At Her Home Near Wheeling

Mrs. Marion Pender died Saturday at her home near Wheeling after having been
confined to her bed for over a year.  Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery with
the Rev. J. A. Jones conducting the services.

Those surviving are her husband, Marion Pender; four daughters, Mrs. Vivian
Stroud, Winnfield; Mildred and Janice of Crews, and Jewel Pender of
Shreveport; her aged mother, Mrs. Alice Garner, of Crews; one brother, Steve
Garner of Crews; three sisters, Mrs. Jim Dick, Mrs. Alma Pender of Crews, and
Mrs. Josie Stroud of Wheeling.
