D. H. Pennington Funeral Services Held October 25

Dallas H. Pennington, 86, retired office worker and native of Bienville
Parish, died October 23, 1965 in Goldonna due to a long illness.  He was a
member of the Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Goldonna Baptist Church with
the Rev. Douglas Burney officiating.

Burial was held in Union Church Cemetery in Bienville Parish under the
direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Survivors include one brother, Walter Pennington of Goldonna; four sisters,
Miss Lilah of Goldonna, Mrs. Carrie Doggan of Alva, Ark., Miss Lulu Pennington
of Pineville, and Mrs. Bell Rachal of El Paso, Texas; and a number of nieces
and nephews.
