Charlie Perow Dies After Long Illness

Charlie Perow, 88, of the Bethlehem Community passed away Saturday, December
4, at 10:45 a.m. in the Veterans Hospital in Alexandria following a long
illness.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lillie Perow of the Bethlehem Community, one
daughter, Mrs. Girlene Hammond of San Antonio, Texas; one son, Charles Perow
of Tioga; seven brothers, six sisters, five grandchildren, and one great
grandchild.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock with Rev. Wilmer
Jordan assisted by Rev. Earnie Yocum officiating.  Burial was in the
Bethlehem Cemetery.

Pallbearers were nephews of the deceased: Troy Lee Frederick, Willie
Frederick, Earl Frederick, Floyd Dale Frederick, Tommy Frederick, and Leslie
Frederick.
