Mrs. M. Perdue, 79, Succumbs; Rites Tuesday

Mrs. Mattie Perdue, 79, of Winnfield, died Monday, March 29, 1971.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in the Laurel Heights Assembly
of God Church with Rev. W. F. Harrell and Rev. Willie James officiating. 
Burial was in the Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Southern
Funeral Home.

Survivors include four sons, J. C. Perdue of Shreveport, J. B. Perdue of
Huttig, Ark., B. H. Perdue of Clarksdale, Miss., and Charles R. Perdue of
Winnfield; one daughter, Mrs. Abbie Mixon of Winnsboro; one sister, Mrs. Pearl
Brandon of Hope, Ark.; 20 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
