Mrs. E. Perryman Succumbs; Buried In Atlanta July 15

Funeral services for Mrs. Effie Webb Perryman, 78, who died at her home in
Alexandria Tuesday, where held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Atlanta Methodist
Church with Rev. Ray Teal officiating.  Assisting with the services was the
Rev. Louis Williams.

Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Hixson Funeral Home.

The following nephews of the deceased acted as pallbearers: Dallas McElroy,
Ardis McElroy, Kenneth Williams, Don Williams, Pete Gresham and W. A. Gresham.

A native of Atlanta, Mrs. Perrymen spent most of her early life in Atlanta
community.

Survivors are one son, James O. Boddie of Alexandria; four sisters, Mrs. B.
Gresham of Atlanta, Mrs. Leo Boehm of Alexandria, and Mrs. John Groves and
Mrs. John McElroy, both of Winnfield; and one grandchild.
