Colored Deaths

Bud Peters, 79, Cedar Creek, died in Winnfield, Dec. 28, of a heart attack.
Funeral services were held in Colfax with Rev. E. D. Taylor of Winnfield in
charge of the services.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Allen Peters, one brother, Joe Peters of
Colfax, and two sisters, Josephine Cunningham of Clofax and Nancy Allen of
California.  Also surviving are the following children: Ida Ford, Ada Allen,
Willie Peters of Winnfield; Phillip Peters, Alexandria, Clara Hobdy, Iasia Lee
Hobdy, Albert Peters, Leanna Brooks of California, Francis Miles of New
Orleans, Joseph Mack and Roosevelt Peters of Detroit.
