Graveside Rites Held Saturday For M. A. Phillips

Graveside services were held for Maurice A. Phillips, 68, of Montgomery at 2
p.m. Saturday at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Rev. Roy Moore conducting the last rites.

Burial was under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Mr. Phillips died Thursday, February 26, 1976 in a local hospital after a
brief illness.

Survivors include two brothers, Wade Phillips of Beaumont, Texas, and Walter
Phillips of Houston, Texas; and a numer of nieces and nephews.
