R. Hall, here, Sunday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. The Rev. Alwin Stokes, Presbyterian minister, and the Rev. A. H. Cullen, Baptist minister, had charge of the services. Interment was in the Winnfield Cemetery. Mrs. Phillips had been in ill health for several years. She made her home in Winnfield many years, going to Monroe a few years past where she has resided. She is survived by the widower, Clarence Phillips, West Monroe, and three children by a former marriage, Russell Porter, Mrs. Glen Anderson, and Miss Barbara Porter of West Monroe; one sister, Mrs. H. D. McDade, Winnfield, and four brothers, J. R. Hall, Winnfield, W. G. and A. H. Hall, Alexandria, and A. L. Hall, Baton Rouge.
