T. J. Pinkard, Former Local Citizen Dies on Monday, June 10th

T. J. Pinkard, former citizen of Winnfield, died at the home of a son, L. S.
Pinkard near Colfax Monday of this week.  Mr. Pinkard was 81 years old and is
survived by two sons, L. S. Pinkard, Colfax, and J. L. Pinkard, Shreveport,
La.; three daughters, Ms. Ralph Johnson, Mrs. Flora Davison, Montgomery, La.;
Mrs. J. P. Mays, Hinton, La.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, at Mount Zion
Baptist Church near Montgomery, where interment was made in the cemetery.
