Mrs. Marion Porter, Obit March 8, 1956, Winn Parish Enterprise

Funeral For Mrs. Marion Porter To Be Held At 2 p.m.

Funeral services for Mrs. Marion Porter, 58, who died in a Baton Rouge
hospital Wednesday at 2:20 p.m., will be held at the Hixson Funeral chapel
Friday, March 9 at 2 p.m.  Burial will follow in the Jerusalem cemetery.

A native of Winn Parish, Mrs. Porter is the former Miss Izora Dickerson.  She
was a member of the Baton Rouge Baptist Church. 

Surviving are her husband and her father, J.F. Dickerson, both of Baton Rouge;
three brothers, Lester and Otis Dickerson of Winnfield; Gordon Dickerson of
Redbud, Ill., one sister, Mrs. J.F. Killingsworth of Baton Rouge.
