Arlow Porter

Services for Arlow Porter were held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Southern
with Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating.  Burial was in Union Cemetery, Joyce.

Porter of Winnsboro died Saturday, December 21, 1985 in a Monroe hospital.

He was formerly a resident of Winnfield.  He was a member of the Zion Rest
Primitive Baptist Church.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. J. E. Griffin of Alexandria.

Pallbearers at the funeral service on December 22, were John T. Porter, Gene
S. Porter, Tommy Porter, Danny Frazier, Paul Harlan, and Billy M. Dickerson of
Winnfield, also Sam Lacarda of Winnsboro and David Manuel of Ruston.
