W. W. Prestidge of Gansville Buried Friday

W. W. Prestidge, 80, retired farmer of Gansville community, died at his home
Thursday.  Funeral services were held at the Gansville Church Friday, Oct. 20,
with Rev. Corey of Atlanta, Rev. Turner of Waterproof, and Rev. Hammonds of
Hodge, officiating.  Interment was in the Gansville Cemetery under direction
of Southern Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, four sons, W. A. Prestidge of Gansville, Cannon
Prestidge of Jonesboro, Ivey Prestidge and J. A. Prestidge, both of Crowville;
one daughter, Mrs. Wilson Shively of Gansville; 16 grandchildren and
eight great grandchildren.
