Services For Mrs. Mary E. Price, 76, Conducted August 20


Funeral services for Mrs. Mary E. Price, 76, of Laurel Heights were held at
the family residence at 4 p.m. Sunday, August 20, with the Rev. Cole
officiating.  Burial was in the Winnfield Cemetery under the direction of
Southern Funeral Home.

Mrs. Price passed away at a local clinic Saturday, August 19, after an illness
of about two weeks.  She was born in Greenville, Missouri, January 19, 1874,
and was a member of the Baptist Church.  She had made her home in Winnfield
for several years.

Surviving are her husband, W. R. Price of Winnfield; one son, Clarence Price
of Winnfield; one daughter, Mrs. T. B. Plunkett of Winnfield; 15
grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
