Last Rites Held For Mrs. Price Sunday At 4 P. M.
(From the August 24, 1950 Winn Parish Enterprise) 

Mrs. W. R. Price, a resident of Tremont Addition, Winnfield, died in a local
hospital August 19, after an illness of several weeks.  Funeral services were
conducted Sunday at 4 p. m. at the family home with the Rev. C. M. Robinson
and the Rev. Cole officiating.  Burial was in the Winnfield Cemetery under the
direction of Southern Funeral Home.

The following grandsons acted as pallbearers:  Thomas Plunkett, Jack Plunkett,
Jerry Price, Clarence Price, Jr., Leo Baker, and Milton Baker.

Born in Elizabethtown, Ill., Mrs.  Price spent most of her life in the
vicinity of Winnfield.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church,
Winnfield.

Surviving are her husband, W. R. Price; one daughter, Mrs. T. B. Plunkett, and
one son, C. H. Price, all of Winnfield.
