Mrs. A. Puckett Laid To Rest At Old union Thursday

Mrs. Amanda Puckett, age 81, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. R. Porter
of Winnfield, on Wednesday, August 29, of heart trouble.  Funeral services
were held Thursday morning at 10 o'clock at Old Union by the Rev. Harris of El
Dorado.

Mrs. Puckett was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church of Jonesboro.  She
is survived by the following daughters and sons: Mrs. R. Porter and Mrs. Jap
Smith, Winnfield; Mrs. Sibby Croft and Mrs. Rabie Wade, El Dorado; Wood
Puckett, Minard, Texas; and Donald Puckett, Dallas, Texas.
