Dexter Puckett, 7, Dies At The Home Of Frank Scott

Dexter Puckett, age 7 years, son of D. A. Puckett of Houston, Texas, died
Tuesday morning at the home of Frank Scott of Winnfield. He was ill only a few
days before he died. The child was born in Beaumont, Texas but has lived in
Winnfield for the past few months.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. A. H. Cullen at the home of Mr. and
Ms. Frank Scott. Interment was made in the Winnfield Cemetery.

The child is survived by his father, D. A. Puckett, one sister, Lois, and one
brother, Charles.
