Funeral Services Held For Mrs. W. B. Puckett Sunday

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Baptist Church in
Montgomery, La. for Mrs. Louisa Jones Puckett, 66, former resident of Sikes,
La., who died at her home in Georgetown Saturday morning at 3:45 o'clock after
a long illness.  Rev. Burton A. Miley, of Arcadia, delivered the sermon and
the Alexandria Brotherhood conducted the song services.  The Eastern Star
Chapter No. 71, of which Mrs. Puckett was a member, held rites at the
Georgetown Cemetery where interment was made.

Mrs. Puckett is survived by her husband, W. B. Puckett; one son, C. F. Puckett
of Pineville; three daughters, Mrs. E. C. Willis of Sikes, Mrs. A. R. Bennett
of Lake Village, Ark., and Mrs. O. N. Long of Georgetown; ten grandchildren
and one great grandchild.
