Layton Raborn Of Goldonna Succumbs Tues.

Funeral services for Layton Raborn, well known Goldonna, Route 1, resident,
were held today, Thursday, at 10 a.m.  Mr. Raborn died Tuesday at the age of
57.

Rites were at the Antioch Church, officiated by Sheriff Calvin M. Robinson.
Burial was in Antioch Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lena Durbin Raborn; three sons, Charles Wayne
and Victor L., of Goldonna, Rt. 1, and Leonard L. of West Monroe; two
daughters, Ida Mae of West Monroe, and Mary Jane of Goldonna, Rt. 1; two
brothers, Homer of Little Rock, Ark., and Andrew of Monroe; one sister, Mrs.
Mattie Freeman of Pineville, and one grandchild.
